Scope indicator
Your AI use may fall into the high-risk category
You indicated that your organisation uses AI for one or more of: recruitment, candidate selection, promotion, termination, task allocation, or performance monitoring and evaluation. Some employment and worker-management uses fall within the AI Act's high-risk classification under Annex III — and those are the specific purposes.
Under the Digital Omnibus timetable, those obligations are expected to apply from 2 December 2027, so there is time. But they are substantially heavier than the baseline: fundamental rights impact assessment, human oversight, worker notification and record-keeping.
This is an indicator, not a determination. Whether a specific use is high-risk depends on how the AI is actually used. Worth establishing now rather than in 2027.
